In response to the coronavirus/COVID-19, we would like to assure our customers that we are taking additional steps to prevent the spread of the disease, following procedures outlined by the CDC, OSHA and the State of Wisconsin Health Department. In addition to our regular cleaning and sanitization procedures (which are robust) we are instituting additional procedures and further training on existing procedures. Our guidelines include but are not limited to:

• Frequent hand washing with soap and water
• Regularly disinfecting frequently touched surfaces throughout our brewery
• Requiring staff who are sick to stay home from work
• Practicing social distancing throughout the work place
• Wearing face coverings on the job

Tap Room Closure

We have closed our tap room until further notice. Customers who have purchased brewery tour tickets online may request a refund online and customers with a booked tap room rental should reach out to taproom@thirdspacebrewing.com to discuss the situation.

We are maintaining our regular beer production schedules and our beer will remain available wherever you purchase our beer. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will keep our customers well informed of any changes to our plans.

Curbside Pickup

We are offering beer and merchandise to go in a completely contact free curbside pick up system. Customers may reserve items in advance online here. Pre-orders are only reservations. Your transaction will be completed in person through your closed car window on our licensed premises. When you arrive, call 414-909-2337 and we will bring out your order. We will check your ID and order confirmation and then leave your beer on a barrel next to your car. We will step back more than 6ft to witness you place the order in your vehicle and will then mark you transaction complete in the online system. 

We have cans of all of our core and seasonal beers available. We have several rare barrel-aged bottles and cans available that have not been sold to-go since their original release dates. We also have growlers, kegs and oak barrels on sale. In addition, we have a wide selection of Third Space Brewing merchandise.

$5 Growlers for Service/Healthcare Industry

To help our service industry brethren who are out of work and the many healthcare workers who are working on the COVID-19 front lines, we are offering $5 growlers on an honor system. If you have lost your job in the service/hospitality industry (waiters, bartenders, etc.) you qualify. If you are a healthcare worker who puts yourself at risk to help others with COVID-19, you qualify. Order in advance in the Curbside Pickup. We will donate the $5 you spend to our Employee Fund, which goes directly to our own staff who are unable to work right now due to our tap room’s closure.

How Can You Help?

To support us in this difficult time, please use the Curbside Pickup or purchase our beer to enjoy at home from your local store. You may also support us directly by purchasing a gift card for our tap room online. Go here for gift cards – they do make a big impact. We hope you will also support our friends at bars and restaurants around town by purchasing their gift cards or ordering food from them for delivery or carry out.

We have created a fun game to support our industry partners called Curbside Bingo. Go to our Facebook or Instagram page to find a bingo card. The bingo cards have logos from many of our bar and restaurant partners who are offering curbside pickup. Visit any 5 businesses on a card and post about it on social media and we will send you and a friend a free beer in our tap room once we reopen.

Join Us Online

Join us for a beer on social media. We are running several fun programs to continue to engage with our customers and friends. Every Friday we do our Brewmaster’s Toast Live on Facebook. Every week in our tap room we host the Brewmaster’s Toast at 5:45 on Fridays to kick off the weekend. Our Brewmaster hops on the bar and toasts the crowd. We then tap a keg where every beer is $1 until it blows. The Toast Must Go On so we have taken it online. Each week we will feature a different beer or topic. Every Wednesday, our sales team gets together on Instagram Live at 6pm for Sippin’ with Sales. The sales guys chat about different beer related topics and have a little fun. Topics have included beer and music, beer and food, and beer and travel. Get a reminder by RSVPing here.

Mystic Knot Pick-Up

We will be extending the time frame for Mystic Knot pre-order pick-ups and request that customers use our Curbside Pickup option to get their Mystic Knot.  If you have not pre-ordered, Mystic Knot cans are still available for purchase in the curbside pickup store.
