- Head Space is a refreshing sparkling water with a touch of hops and natural fruit flavors.
- Is Delta 9 THC legal?
- The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the “2018 Farm Bill”) and corresponding state legislation in Wisconsin legalized hemp products that contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Head Space products meet these requirements. Despite its federally legal status, hemp derived Delta 9 products may be illegal or not explicitly legal according to certain state laws. - Did the federal government recently ban Hemp-derived THC?
- Despite recent Federal legislation, Hemp products like Head Space remain completely legal in Wisconsin.
- In the November 2025 bill to end the government shutdown, Congress included a ban on hemp products that will not take effect until November 2026. Unless the federal government acts to change that ban into reasonable regulation, we will no longer be able to produce Head Space with hemp-derived Delta 9 THC come November 2026.
- We will be working to adopt reasonable regulation of the hemp industry, which we support and encourage, and we will share details on how you can help in the near future.

- How will Head Space make me feel?
- The Delta-9 THC in Head Space is likely to provide a psychoactive intoxicating effect or “high”. The effects of Delta-9 THC and the onset and duration of those effects will vary from person to person and may include some side effects. The onset may be delayed and also may last for several hours.
- How much should I consume?
