Midwest Pale Ale

That’s Gold!

Golden Kölsch

Kölsch, first brewed in Köln (Cologne) Germany, is one of just a few traditional German ales. We brew That’s Gold! in homage to this classic German style with a nod to the golden ales of American craft heritage. Pilsner malt malted in Milwaukee takes center stage with just enough hops to create a balanced and very drinkable beer.

Upward Spiral

India Pale Ale

Upward Spiral is a true West Coast style IPA with intense hop aromas and flavors. A light malt bill forms the solid core of this ale, while massive late hop and dry hop additions result in a beer that bursts with flavors of tangerine, tropical fruit, pine, and grapefruit.

Acres Edge

Toasted Oatmeal Stout

The addition of oats to the mash gives Acres Edge a distinctive creamy body with a touch of sweetness. Named for a favorite campsite at our first “third space,” this oatmeal stout is brewed with special crystal oat malt for a toasty, nutty flavor and rich, roasted character. As you savor Acres Edge, you’ll discover hints of espresso coffee and dark chocolate.

Unite the Clans

Scottish Rye Ale

Unite the Clans is a Scottish ale, with slightly roasty and malty flavors and aromas. The addition of cara-rye malt and Fuggles, a classic hop from the British isles, give this beer an underlying spiciness, toffee notes and a unique bready complexity. You'll want to don your tartan and head to the moors!

Porter

Liquid Layers

Spiced Barley Wine

Big malt and hop flavors give this spiced barley wine a slight earthy flavor with a distinct bitterness found in your traditional American barley wines. The addition of cinnamon and other spices to the brew balance the strong barley wine flavors with a subtle spiciness that also makes Liquid Layers a perfect choice for the season.

Unbridled Enthusiasm is a Juicy Double IPA bursting with intense hop aromas and flavors of passion fruit, guava, pineapple, and grapefruit. Java Blanca

Coffee Cream Ale

Java Blanca is the second beer in our java series with our good friends and neighbors at Stone Creek Coffee. This coffee cream ale is full bodied and pleasantly sweet with a creamy mouth feel from the addition of oats to the mash. South American coffee beans, grown at high altitudes, add a sweet and acidic character to this beer along with strong coffee aromas and a subtle coffee bitterness in the finish.

Madame Grisette

Farmhouse Ale

Grisette is a traditional Farmhouse Ale originally brewed for the miners in southern Belgium to quench their thirst after a long day on the job. Perhaps best described as Saison's hoppy sister, the Grisette was a beer of the working class that is well suited for a brewery built in a historic factory. Our Madame Grisette is brewed with wheat for a light bready body. Spiciness from the Belgian yeast strain coupled with fruity hoppy flavors and a pleasant bitterness evoke notes of citrus, pear, bubblegum, peach and clove spice in a refreshing and flavorful beer.

It Was All A Dream

Juicy IPA

If you don’t know, now you know…It Was All A Dream is our newest special release Juicy IPA. Brewed with an awesome new and extremely limited experimental hop, Dream is super peachy with flavors of pineapple, passion fruit, and berry rounding it out. A slightly hazy complexion, mild bitterness, soft mouthfeel and juicy hop flavors make this beer a dream from which you won’t want to wake. This beer won’t be around long so get it while it’s good and plenty.

Brewed with corn, wheat, lactose and lots of awesome hops, this IPA is uniquely Wisconsin. Thank you for an incredible first year. You've Said It All was a limited edition IPA released on our one-year anniversary, September 16, 2017.

Wet n' Happy

Wet Hop Midwest Pale Ale

A wet hop version of our Happy Place Midwest Pale Ale. A fresh batch of wet mosaic hops from Yakima Valley, Washington were overnighted to the brewery the day they were picked. We immediately added these fresh hops to a fermenting Happy Place, less than 36 hours from picking. Available for a limited time!

Haunted Barrel

Barrel-Aged Candy Bar Porter

The first release in our "In the Spirit" Barrel-Aged Series, Haunted Barrel is an imperial porter brewed with coconut, aged in Rum and Bourbon barrels for six months. We added cocoa, vanilla, and cinnamon to the aging beer to create the ultimate adult trick-or-treat beer! We also created a special variant called Haunted Hazelnut that was aged only on Rum with hazelnut and cocoa added. A limited quantity of bottles of Haunted Barrel and Haunted Hazelnut were released on October 28, 2017.

Barrel-Aged Liquid Layers

Barrel-Aged Spiced Barleywine

We aged our Liquid Layers Spiced Barleywine in four different spirit barrels for nine months to create four barrel-aged variants: Rye, Bourbon, Rum and Port Wine. This is a very limited release beer in our In the Spirit Barrel-Aged Series that will be on tap in the tap room for a short time.

Nexus of the Universe

Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout

Nexus of the Universe is a Russian Imperial Stout that we aged for nine months in Bourbon and Brandy barrels with cacao nibs and vanilla added. We also created two variants to Nexus of the Universe: Chocolate Cherry Brandy Nexus and Vanilla Bourbon Nexus. A limited quantity of bottles of each variant were released on December 9, 2017.

Mystic Knot

Barrel-Aged Irish-Style Coffee Stout

Mystic Knot is an Irish-Style Coffee Stout that draws inspiration from the classic Irish Coffee. The base beer is an Irish-style imperial cream stout that has been aged in bourbon and whiskey barrels for seven months. The beer was then steeped with freshly roasted and ground coffee from our friends and neighbors at Stone Creek Coffee. Mystic Knot is the 4th release in our In the Spirit Barrel-Aged Series.

We also created a special limited variant called Mystic Cortado that swaps the coffee for espresso and blends in 15% Java Blanca Coffee Cream Ale. Both beers were released in a limited quantity of bottles on March 10, 2018 and are available on draft for a limited time.

La Cocina

Red, White, & Blue

Barrel-Aged Fruited Kettle Sour

Red, White, & Blue, is a fruited kettle sour aged in a unique assortment of wine and spirit barrels. There are 3 variants, a Red, a White, and a Blue. The Red has aged in Pinot Noir, Oloroso Sherry, and Tawny Port barrels, with cherries and raspberries added. The White has aged in California Chardonnay and French Sauternes barrels, with apricots and peaches added. The Blue has aged in Brandy, Pinot Noir, and Port/Bourbon barrels (a port barrel that then aged bourbon), with blueberries and blackberries added. Each beer is available for $20/750ml bottle in our tap room and is currently on draft.
