Third Space Beer Garden Coming to Elm Grove Park

Third Space Brewing Partners with Village of Elm Grove for Elm Grove Park Beer Garden This Summer

Third Space Brewing will operate a beer garden Fridays, Saturdays, and select Tuesdays in the Elm Grove Village Park from June 4-Oct 23, 2021.

With restrictions lifting throughout the state, beer lovers will have another great option to enjoy local craft beer this summer. Third Space Brewing announced a partnership today with the Village of Elm Grove to operate a weekly beer garden in the Elm Grove Village Park this summer.

The Elm Grove Park Beer Garden will operate Fridays from 4-9 p.m. and Saturday from 3-9 p.m. from June 4 through October 23. The beer garden will also be open on select Tuesdays for the park’s Tunes on Tuesdays programming with live music in the beer garden those nights.

Tunes on Tuesdays nights include: June 14, June 29, July 27, August 3.

Third Space will also open the beer garden for the popular Fourth of July Family Festival leading up to the annual fireworks show in the park. The only exception to the schedule is the weekend of September 17-18 when the Elm Grove Foundation will run its annual Oktoberfest, at which Third Space beer has been a staple.

Elm Grove native and Co-Founder of Third Space Brewing, Andy Gehl, explained the team’s excitement for this new beer garden experience: “We look forward to making the Elm Grove Park even more of a happy place for the local community. Third Space beers have always been popular in Elm Grove and this beautiful park I grew up with is the perfect place for the family-friendly beer garden experience we plan to offer.”

Third Space Brewing Brewmaster and Co-Founder, Kevin Wright, added: “Beer gardens are the perfect place to enjoy our beer because they are a wonderful ‘third space’ for people to gather with members of their community, something we have all been longing for over the past year.”

Third Space will pour six of its locally brewed beers at the beer garden including Happy Place, Summer Home, Heavenly Haze, and Frog Weiss. Third Space will also have a few non-alcoholic options and may add some snacks to the lineup as well. The Park will also welcome food trucks on certain dates, but carry-in food is welcome. There will be picnic table seating provided but guests may want to bring their own chairs or blankets to find their own perfect spot in the beer garden. Every guest will have to show an ID and wear a wristband to purchase a beer.

Third Space will continue to operate its onsite tap room and large beer garden at the brewery located at 1505. W. St. Paul Ave. in Milwaukee with plans to launch an expanded beer garden space at the brewery later this summer.

Third Space is currently hiring additional staff to help in the Elm Grove Beer Garden as well as staff for its main tap room. For further details on these opportunities and other positions with Third Space Brewing, visit www.thirdspacebrewing.com/careers
