SHEBOYGAN – Milwaukee-based Third Space Brewing plans to expand distribution into Sheboygan County early February.

“We are excited to meet the growing demand for our beer in the Northeastern portion of the state,” said Third Space Brewing Co-Founder, Andy Gehl, in a news release Thursday.

Third Space will host events to connect customers across the new distribution area with its craft brews. The release said events will include launch parties, tastings and the chance to meet the brewery’s founders.

According to the release, expanded distribution will take place between February and March in the following counties: Brown, Calumet, Door, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Outagamie, Sheboygan, Winnebago and portions of Waushara and Waupaca counties.

Gehl said local retailers, including the Sheboygan Festival Foods, will carry the beer. A complete list of locations can be found using Third Space’s Beer Finder.

Sheboygan’s launch event will be at 8th Street Ale House on Friday, Feb. 7, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Green Bay’s launch event will be at Mr. Brews on Friday, Feb. 21 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

“Craft beer continues to grow in popularity in this part of the state and we look forward to playing a larger role in the growing craft beer scene throughout the state of Wisconsin,” Gehl said in the release.

In addition to these events, the release said Third Space will host samplings at retail stores, including several Festival Foods locations, Woodman’s in Green Bay and Wine Cellar in De Pere.

A sampling event will be held at the Sheboygan Festival Foods on Feb. 7 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

A complete calendar of events and details can be found on the website.

Third Space Brewing opened in 2016. According to the release, in 2018 it was named one of the 50 fastest-growing craft breweries in the country by the Brewers Association.
