Last year, a federal hemp ban was passed. It is set to take effect in November 2026, and among its cascading impacts could be our ability to produce Head Space, and your ability to enjoy it. Not to mention the hundreds of small businesses across Wisconsin that rely on hemp-derived products.
We believe hemp should remain legal in Wisconsin.
We’ve written a letter to our governor, attorney general, state legislators, and members of Congress, expressing that belief, and we’re inviting you to add your name.
