Happy Sauce

With this recipe we took the fan favorite Happy Place pale ale and integrated it into our secret sauce for some zesty/tangy wings that will have you drooling.

This is a very summer-like BBQ sauce with the orange juice that makes a nice, citrus flavor perfect for ribs, wings and more!

Equipment

1 medium sauce pan
1 serving bowl

Ingredients

2 cups ketchup
1 cup Happy Place Pale Ale
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp Paprika

Instructions

Crack open cold Happy Place for "test sip"
Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan
Bring to a boil
Simmer for 15-20 minutes or desired thickness
Grill or Smoke Wings / desired food as desired and fully cooked.
Dip or lather onto wings or anything of your choosing
