Beer Burger with Summer Home

Crack open an Ice cold Summer Home Hoppy Blonde ale, light up the grill and let's get #grillingwiththirdspace!

  • Grill or Smoker
  • Spatula
  • Mixing bowl


  • 1.5 lbs Ground Beef (at least 80%)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 cup Summer Home Hoppy Blonde
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 Buns


  • Open your can of Summer Home for first crispy sip
  • Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  • In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except buns. Shape mixture into about 6 patties depending on how thick you like your burgers.
  • Place patties on grill rack over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 10 to 15 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F or the burgers are cooked to your liking. During this process, you should finish your Summer Home.
  • Add buns, cut sides down, for last 4 minutes of grilling or until toasted.
  • Top burgers with toppings of your choice; serve on buns
  • Crack open a fresh Summer Home and enjoy your masterpiece
